Discover Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar (or ACV for short) has a long history and a long list of benefits. Head-to-toe health. Oodles of energy. Myriad beauty tricks for hair, skin, nails, feet, elbows, lips. ..Dozens of household uses. Thousands of happy taste buds. And happy pets. Seriously, it’s hard to imagine a single product that’s as versatile—or as loved and lauded—as ACV. Its dramatic healing powers and sundry uses have been noted for hundreds (if not thousands) of years. Entire books devoted to it. One part mystery, two parts magic, no one can really say how or why ACV works. It just does.
The Mother of All Vinegars - Made from certified organic apples, our apple cider vinegar (ACV) is unfiltered, raw and undiluted - the purest vinegar you can find. ACV contains live cultures known as the "Mother", promoting an array of benefits for better health.
Alkalize Naturally - ACV is not your average vinegar! As an alkaline-forming ingredient, it helps to purify cells from within to balance energy levels, promote detoxification, improve digestive health and so much more.* Add 1 tbsp to 1 cup of warm water upon waking to rev up your metabolism.
Pantry Must-Have - Substitute white, balsamic and rice vinegar for our ACV for its tangy flavor and wholesome benefits. No need for refrigeration!
Improve Overall Complexion - Our ACV can be diluted with water to create your own facial toner. The Mother improves complexion by balancing skin tone and promoting a natural glow. Suitable for day and nighttime use!
Natural Hair Tonic - Revive hair for smoothness and shine from long-term or short-term damage. Dilute ACV with water and apply to scalp and ends of hair to manage dullness, split ends and flakiness.
Balanced Blood Sugar - Research has shown that drinking two tablespoons of ACV three times a day can help balance blood sugar levels. Alternatively, drinking two tablespoons of ACV fifteen minutes before a meal may reduce your carb cravings.* All the better to help you stick to that healthy diet or weight loss plan.
Immune System Support - An apple cider vinegar tonic a day may very well keep the doctor away—and ACV is also one of the oldest topical remedies for cold sores. Just put a few drops on a cotton swab to apply. Never apply ACV directly to cold sores or cuts. To soothe a scratchy or sore throat, mix 1 teaspoon of ACV to half a cup of water and gargle with it three times an hour.
Healthy Inflammatory Response - Drinking ACV tonic 2-3 times a day can offer relief from stiff or achy joints. Another option: each morning and evening, apply a paste made of a ¼ cup of ACV, 2 egg whites, and a ¼ cup of olive oil to the affected joints, and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.

Viva Naturals Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) is naturally fermented from certified organic apples, a traditional method used for tangy, wholesome flavor. Not your average vinegar, our ACV is unfiltered, raw and unpasteurized, preserving live cultures known as the 'Mother' to keep enzymes and nutrients intact. Our ACV is free from preservatives and is enjoyed by many as a nourishing tonic, culinary wonder and household must-have for its unique alkalizing properties.
Ways to Enjoy
Add 1 tbsp of ACV to 1 cup of warm water before meals.
Substitute ACV for white or balsamic vinegar in salad dressings. As a general rule of thumb, for every 1 part ACV, add 3 parts oil.
Many people swear by drinking a tonic or tea of apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning or before each meal, for everything from aiding digestion to overall wellness. Mix 1 tablespoon of ACV into a cup of warm water (some like to add a teaspoon of honey, too), or mix 1-2 teaspoons of ACV into a glass of cold water or juice. Do not consume undiluted ACV.
Substitute ACV for white or balsamic vinegar in salad dressings (use a 1:3 ACV to oil ratio), add it to sauces and marinades for extra zing, and drizzle it over cooked greens. It also raises the bar in summer staples like gazpacho and coleslaw, as well as hearty fall and winter soups and dishes.
ACV can be used as a hair rinse or a leave-in conditioner. It feels great, makes your hair super silky, and works wonders on dry, itchy scalps and frayed ends. After washing your hair, massage diluted ACV into your roots and scalp, and all the way through the hair shafts. Leave it in for a half-hour a few times weekly.
Mix one part ACV with one part water for a non-toxic, all-purpose household cleaner. To remove pesticides and bacteria from fresh produce, give them a quick bath of 10% ACV and 90% water, then rinse. Not recommended for fragile or extremely porous fruits like berries, though. You can even use it to keep creepy-crawlies at bay. Alternate it every other week with coconut oil for best results.
