Skin-Loving Bath Soak

Skin-soothing ingredients work together in this easy DIY. The earthy-floral blend of organic lavender, geranium, clove, and eucalyptus in the massage oil will leave you feeling soft, smooth and totally relaxed.

You’ll Need:

½ cup Pink Himalayan sea salt, coarse

½ cup Epsom salt

½ cup Baking soda

1-2 pumps Viva Naturals Relaxation Massage Oil

Bowl or glass jar

Spoon

 

Directions:

  1. Pour salts and baking soda into a bowl or glass jar.
  2. Add 1-2 pumps of massage oil to the salt mixture, then stir with a spoon to mix well.

To use: Add mix to running water in a warm bath, then sit back and relax for 25-30 minutes.

Sweet Almond Oil Body Scrub

Skincare doesn’t have to be complicated! A simple body scrub made with oil and sugar will help exfoliate dead skin, leaving you with a glorious glow.

 

You’ll Need:

1 cup sugar (white or brown)

½ cup Viva Naturals Sweet Almond Oil

Bowl or glass jar

 

Directions:

Mix ingredients together in a bowl or glass jar. Store with a tightly sealed lid if not using right away.

To use: 

  1. Slip into the shower and get your skin wet.
  2. Apply the scrub by rubbing it onto your skin in a circular motion. Pay special attention to particularly dry areas, then rinse off with warm water.
  3. When you’re finished showering, apply your favorite moisturizer to help maintain your super soft skin!

Castor Oil Foot Mask

Castor & coconut oil work together in this DIY foot mask to help nourish and soften your rough, dry feet.

 

You’ll need:
½ cup Viva Naturals Castor oil

½ cup Viva Naturals Coconut oil

5-10 drops tea tree oil (optional)

Bowl or glass jar

An old pair of socks

 

Directions:

Mix oils together in a bowl or jar. Store with a tightly sealed lid if not using right away.

To use: 

  1. This foot mask will absorb best if applied after you exfoliate your feet. Use a pumice stone or scrub to slough off dead skin, then rinse your feet clean.
  2. Towel dry your feet, then apply mask to your feet, using as much as needed to cover all dry areas.
  3. Put socks on and wear for a minimum of 20 minutes, or overnight.
  4. Take socks off to reveal smoother, softer feet!
