1. Cookie and Kate’s Overnight Oats

Ingredients
⅓ cup old-fashioned oats
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
½ cup milk of choice (thicker consistency) or up to ⅔ cup milk (thinner consistency)
½ cup fruit (we like diced apples or fresh berries)
Drizzle of maple syrup or honey, if desired

Directions
Combine the old-fashioned oats, chia seeds, and nut butter in a mason jar. Add a splash of the milk, and mix the nut butter into the oats. Then add the rest of the milk, stir to combine, and top with your choice of fruit.
Place the lid on the jar, and refrigerate overnight, or up to five days. When you’re ready to serve, add a drizzle of maple syrup or honey if you’d like, and enjoy!

Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
½ cup almond milk
1 large apple, peeled or unpeeled,, diced
½ tsp lemon juice
½ tsp cinnamon
A pinch of nutmeg
⅛ tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp slivered almonds

Directions
In a medium stockpot, mix and cook all the fruit ingredients over medium heat until soft, about 20 minutes.

Measure out all ingredients. In a glass jar or bowl, layer a scoop of the oats and chia seeds, a dash of milk, a spoonful of fruit, and a sprinkle of almond.

Repeat until you’ve used up your ingredients. . Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!

3. Well Seasoned’s Blueberry Coconut Almond Overnight Oats

Ingredients

¾ cup oatmeal
1 ½ tbsp Chia Seeds
2 tbsp fresh blueberries, plus extra to serve
1 tbsp toasted coconut flakes, plus extra to serve
1 ½ cups whole milk
Pinch of salt
1 tsp organic almond extract
Slivered almonds, to serve
Cacao Nibs, to serve

Directions
Place oats in a glass jar with lid, then add chia seeds, coconut flakes, milk, salt, and almond extract. Seal with lid then shake to combine. Let sit overnight in fridge for at least 8 hours.

Top with fresh blueberries or other fruit, toasted coconut flakes, slivered almonds, and Cacao Nibs. Best enjoyed within three days.
