How will COVID-19 Affect Shipping?

Unfortunately due to the unprecedented circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic you may experience delays in receiving your order. All shipping providers are currently experiencing staff shortages, as well as increased demand. As such, services everywhere are impacted.

Please allow for an additional 5 business days for US orders and an additional 20 business days for international orders.

What shipping options do you offer?

All orders are able to be shipped by standard shipping. Some orders may be able to be shipped Standard Shipping, UPS ground or UPS Second Day. Shipping rates for expedited shipping are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, and your shipping address.

How much does shipping cost?

For all U.S. and Canadian orders over $79 standard shipping is FREE. For international orders and orders totaling less than $79, shipping will be calculated by weight of the order and region. For details specific to your region and your order please review shipping costs on the checkout page.

Will I be charged duties?

Viva Naturals is not responsible for any duties & additional charges for outside of the United States orders. Reimbursement will not be provided.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business day. Orders placed Friday from 5pm EST to Monday at 12:01am EST are processed starting Monday at 8am EST.

How long will it take to receive my shipment?

Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days within the USA and may take up to 10-15 business days for international shipments.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, to USA and Canada only. International shipments to a PO Box is not available.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will provide you with the shipping confirmation numbers necessary to locate your order.

Can I ship to an address other than my own?

Yes. When ordering online, you have the option of entering a separate shipping address.

How are orders shipped to FPO, APO and PO Boxes?

Orders being shipped to FPO, APO and PO boxes are delivered by USPS only.
